Shipping & Delivery

At Artist LightPad™️,  our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the  our logistics partner  for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The logistics partner who has a private line will process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All deliveries to US  usually takes about 5–15 business days. All orders are shipped by  our private logistics partner called CJPacket , which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

FREE SHIPPING

At Artist LightPad™️, we offer FREE shipping to our customers no matter where they live. We believe customers should not pay for shipping as they are already pay for the amazing product and support us. In order to keep our shipping costs down and offer you FREE shipping, we engage with a private logistics partner who provides us a separate shipping line for us across different countries. The shipping and delivery time may vary depending on the country you live in and the estimated processing and shipping times are listed below.

*For some of the countries in Europe and Rest of the World, CJPacket may not be available. In those cases, we will be using the shipping line which is most cost efficient and least delivery time. However, please note we will keep you posted about the shipping times and give you detailed tracking information.

TRACKED AND SIGNED DELIVERY

All our shipments are made by using our private shipping line call CJPacket ground deliveries.

Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship out your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer.

Before shipping out any goods we always quality control each item and NO defects are on any of your items.

All our deliveries require signature as proof of delivery. Customers must ensure to sign on receipt of products they have ordered.

The Products are generally delivered within  7-15 days from the date of shipment. 

All deliveries must be signed for, so proof of delivery can be obtained. Artist LightPad™️ takes NO responsibility for goods delivered/signed for by other parties/locations.
